IndianSareeCollection.com is a web based portal dedicated to Indian ethnic fashion industry. The website is owned and operated by Jitendra Textiles and aims to offer quality and fashionable Indian ethnic wears in India, USA and UK. The company – ‘Jitendra Textiles’ is incorporated under the Indian laws and headquartered at A-1403, 14th Floor Tower A, Mahaluxmi Green Mansion, Site-C, Opp-Zeta-1 Greater Noida UP, India.
IndianSareeCollection.com, as merchant shall not be under any legal responsibility whatever in reverence of any loss or damage occurs on goods directly or indirectly out of the rejection of agreement for any transaction, on cardholder’s account having surpassed preset credit limit. Also, we request are esteemed customers to not to share credit card number with any employee or concerned person of our company. Please do not share your credit card information with anyone under any circumstance. Also, we ensure your all information will be confidential with us and we will never share your cc details with anyone.

Extra Charges: How and why they apply?
Extra charges on the amount that we originally charge depend on shipments in different countries. Some countries have VAT/GST/PST custom duties or local taxes on abroad shipments. The product cost does not include such taxes, duties or charges. These extra charges may be applicable at the time of receiving product shipment by custom department of concerned country. We cannot decide this amount prior to payment and cannot charge as well at the time of payment.
If any duty or taxes charge are applicable in your country then it will not be charged by us, instead taken care by the respective courier company at the time of delivery. Sometimes, a bill is sent post delivery. The charges have to be paid to the courier company at the time of delivery or whenever it is billed. On Checkout Page, information related to all extra charges will be shown at the time of receipt of product.
Hereby, we are again notifying you that the extra charges are not included in actual product cost.
Variation in Exchange Rate
Each product has different cost and our website charges only the amount given on final order page and these charges purely based on existing exchange rate. Through we strive hard to provide you actual exchange rates, but minor variation can be occurred due to repeated changeability in exchange rate.
Amount variation in charged billed on credit card and amount given on payment page of website
There are possibly two reasons due to which you can see difference in amount charged on credit card and shown on payment page:
Case 1: Exchange rates differences: Sometimes the prevailing market rates are higher than of credit card’s exchange rates. Credit card companies provides 1% to 2% lesser exchange rate. So sometimes you can see variation in amount you actually paid and the amount you should pay.
Always, choose native currency to make payment to avoid such exchange rate differences.
Case 2: Amount conversion into local currency by bank: Another reason of this issue is when respective credit card bank converts paid amount into local currency. You can see a difference. Most of the credit card companies’ charges 1% to 3% international transaction fees on per transaction and shows it as a payment to us but it is not actually paid to us.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you want to return or exchange the purchased product then we have easy return and exchange policy. You can easily start this process by sending us an email with subject line as [Complain for (Order No.) and (Product Code)] along with product image and reason of return and exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will review your complain and ensure full support and take necessary action in order to satisfy our each and every customer. We can either exchange product or refund you full money or provide you a credit note.

Amount is refunded if your complain is found genuine and it is accepted for refund. The amount is mutually agreed if any issue or mistake occurred in an order.
This is to notify all customers that the REFUND amount can never exceed the actual value of product.
To process refund, a proper complain need to be made and the whole process is managed by our Return & Exchange policy. The money refund process may take upto 7-10 business working days.
