Color, Dye and Description Disclaimer

Customers are advised to read our color, dye and description disclaimer before placing an order.

Customers need to consider some minor differences in color of a product. However, extra care and attention is always given to the ‘color & print combinations’ while producing a product. User can see a slight variation in color of the product and pictures seen on computer/mobile screens, as the different fabric dyes have different texture values and properties. Product color variations can also be caused due to varied monitors, screen resolutions, operating systems, browsers and video cards used by device user. Also, the clothes replicate different shaded of color under different lights. Slight variations in color and dye are considered as normal.

Customers who are willing to order items that are consisting beaded embroidery and glitter work must keep in mind that such shiny additions to a cloth are prone to end up. Even after giving comprehensive attention and care, this issue cannot be evaded. Therefore, it is advised to the customers to consider these things before ordering any product.

How can you apply for a return or exchange?

I – In case of Damaged and Defective products:

  • If you received a damaged or defective product then make a complaint within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • User need to complaint via email with a subject line as “Complaint for (Order Number) & (Product Code)”.
  • Add a picture of damaged part of product in complaint email.
  • We will review it within 1-2 business days and ensure best possible solution. It can be one of the following solutions -
    • We will replace defective product free of charge.
    • Or, present you a credit note.
    • Or, refund full amount in your account.

II – Color variation; Product color is not same as seen:

A minor or about 10% color variation is acceptable. As described above, color variations in product image are mostly due to monitor configurations and light effects while performing product photography.

  • If you are not satisfied with the color of product, then make a complaint within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • If the color or dye variation if higher than normal or 10% then we accept return.
  • User need to complaint via email with a subject line as “Complaint for (Order Number) & (Product Code)”.
  • Add a picture of product in complaint email.
  • We will review it within 1-2 business days and ensure best possible solution.
  • It can be one of the following solutions -
    • We will replace approved product free of charge.
    • Or, present you a credit note.
    • Or, refund full amount in your account.
We request you to kindly return item in its original packaging same as delivered to you. Once we receive the returned item, our team will review your complaint and product. If we find the complaint genuine, we will refund full amount in your account. Extra shipping cost (if any) will be returned as credit note. You may use it in any future purchase with us.

III – If you didn’t liked product:

  • If you didn’t liked product, then make a complaint within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • The return acceptation and declination depends on following conditions –
    • Case 1: Any customization in any item is not acceptable. If there is any modification or customization found in any product, its return or exchange will not be approved under this condition.
    • Case 2: If we didn’t found any customization, we will accept return at the actual product cost. Shipping charges will be borne by customer itself. Once we receive product, our team will review it and if approved, your money will be refunded or you can ask for credit note.

IV – Size Issues or Not Fitting:

  • If the product is not accurate as per your size then make a complaint within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • The return acceptation and declination depends on following conditions –
    • Case 1: If wrong measurement given from user end: If such situation occurs then send your purchased item back to us. The cost will be borne by customer itself. We will try to customize product and re-fit it as per correct measurements. This editions will be done free of cost. Customer must keep in mind that reshipping charges are applicable.
    • Case 2: Stitching not done as per given measurements:If our stitched product is not as per provided measurements then you can send it back to us. After receiving your product, we will first review it. If it doesn’t match your provided measurements, we will re-fit it and send you that too without any charges and shipping cost will shortly refunded in your account or you can ask for a credit note as well. This credit note can be used in future shopping with IndianSareeCollections.com.

Refunds:

All customers must keep in mind that all refunds are managed under our Return and Exchange policy and it cannot exceed the actual product cost.

Refund amount is agreed after a mutual settlement with customer. There might be some chance of mistakes. If any such mistake occurs then it must be settled down mutually.

The refund of any product will be made depending on its mode of payment. Customer will get refund amount within 7-10 business working days in same payment mode.
